Marshfield Fire Should Have Us All Checking for Our Loved Ones and Helping the Family

The incredibly tragic event on Sunday, September 3 is profoundly sad.  This being a very non-political event this site isn't a place for something that should be well above politics. Who, if anyone, is to blame will come out in the fire investigation  report and at that time judgement followed by swift justice should be dispensed if appropriate.   I would simply suggest two things that should not wait:

Please check your own smoke alarm and put in a new battery if its been more than 6 months.  If by the grace of God you have made it this far without a smoke detector please go get one now for free at our local firehouse!  It is located at 1723 W. Greenleaf, just east of Clark.

Second, please consider making a contribution to the family at one of the following locations.  Which one isn't important.  The goal is to help.
